On 18 February, Frezite took part in the webinar to officially present the 50th edition of LIGNA, the world's leading trade fair for the Woodworking & Wood Processing Industry in Portugal. The digital event, organized by the German-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILA), was attended by around 50 participants and highlighted the main novelties of the next edition. Fernando Figueiredo, CEO of the Frezite Group, was invited to share Frezite's experience of more than 40 years as an exhibitor at LIGNA and the relevance of this platform for the company's growth and international expansion. During the session, Stephanie Wagner, Director of LIGNA, presented the innovations that will mark the next fair, reinforcing the importance of this event in the sector.

On 23 and 24 January, Frezite Brazil held its 15th Sales Convention, a strategic event that marks the alignment of the sales team at the start of the year. The meeting took place at the company's premises and continued at the Hotel Lefel, with the presence – for the second year running – of Natanael Vieira, an entrepreneur who brought valuable reflections during his talk. Over the course of the two days, fundamental topics for business success in 2025 were covered, such as market analysis, new commercial strategies, the presentation of new products, as well as technical and IT systems training. The return to work at the beginning of the year was marked by general meetings with the employees of the Production Units in Trofa (Portugal). These sessions are fundamental for reflecting on the results achieved in the previous year and aligning strategies and objectives for the future. On 6 January, the Walter FMT team took stock of 2024 and, two days later, the Frezite Wood & Composites team met for the same analysis exercise. During the meetings, key indicators relating to safety, quality and operating results were presented, as well as the highlights that marked 2024. On 9 January, the management team and FHP employees also carried out the balance of the year exercise. As far as SERI is concerned, it had already carried out the alignment exercise at the end of 2024. These sessions are an opportunity to strengthen alignment and team spirit, preparing employees for the challenges and goals of 2025.
