Frezite is preparing for its third participation in HOLZ-HANDWERK 2026, which will take place from 24 to 27 March in the city of Nuremberg, Germany. It is a meeting point for joiners, carpenters and furniture manufacturers from all over Europe, making it one of the leading trade fairs for the wood and wood-based materials industry. Under the slogan ‘Innovation meets tradition – the heart of craftsmanship beats in Nuremberg’, Frezite will present, among others, its coated tool solutions, as well as high-precision modular solutions for the joinery industry. With the support of a specialised engineering team, Frezite uses advanced 3D modelling technologies for tool design and optimisation, adapting them to the needs of the latest technologies on the market. As part of the metalworking curriculum, on 10 February, FREZITE and SERI welcomed 45 students from the CNC Programming and Machining and Mechanical Construction Design courses at CENFIM's – Portuguese Professional Training Centre for the Metallurgical and Metalworking Industry – Trofa Centre. During the morning, the students visited the production units in Trofa, learning about the development and manufacturing processes for high-precision tools. In the afternoon, the visit continued at SERI, where they learned about customised clamping systems, produced on a turnkey basis. The fact that several FREZITE Group employees began their training at CENFIM reinforces the value of technical training and the role of these companies in creating professional development opportunities. The visits also highlighted the technological evolution of the sector and the decisive contribution of the metallurgy and metalworking industry to the economy and innovation.
Under the motto ‘Trends and what companies need to plan for now,’ the Technical Sales Convention of Brazilian machine manufacturer INMES was held in Braço do Norte (Santa Catarina State) on 21 January. Frezite Brazil was one of the companies invited and was represented by the Sales Director of the branch, Julliens Pereira. The training project for INMES's team of technical consultants, carried out in conjunction with its key suppliers, contributes to expanding the dissemination and appreciation of the Frezite brand throughout South America — especially since most INMES machines are equipped with Frezite tools. This participation reinforces the strategic partnership with the manufacturer and strengthens the brand's presence in the machinery segment in Brazil.
To end the year 2025 on a high note and start 2026 with the best energy, Frezite once again took part in the traditional São Silvestre races in Porto and Trofa. Several employees accepted the challenge and participated in both races, reinforcing team spirit and commitment to an active lifestyle. The São Silvestre do Porto race took place on 28 December, bringing together thousands of participants on an iconic route through the city. The São Silvestre da Trofa race took place on 10 January 2026, with the Alameda da Estação as the meeting point, which hosted the start and finish of the race. These initiatives, in which participants can choose between running (10 km) or walking (5 km), allow colleagues to come together and share experiences. Thank you to everyone who represented Frezite!
